There’s something wrong with my watch/it’s not working, what should I do?

If its within 24 months of receiving your watch, not to worry, we’ve got you covered!

Simply get in contact with us at support@crispwatches.com and we will send you a returns label.

Print and place the label on a parcel box, making sure it’s well protected and packed, and deliver to your nearest post office and we will cover any postage charges.

Please return the item in its entirety with any packaging you have.


What is the warranty period and what does it cover?

Your Crisp Watch is covered by a limited manufacturer’s warranty for 24 Months from the date of purchase. The warranty covers the watch for mechanical issues or problems with watch parts. It doesn’t however cover things like general wear and tear, water damage, batteries, scratches and scuffs, or glass damage. If you have any issues with your watch within 24 months, please email us at support@crispwatches.com with your order number and we will advise you from there to arrange a return or replacement.
