How can I change or cancel my order?

Email us at with your order number and we will cancel and refund your order if it has not been sent out yet. If it has already been sent, you will need to follow the returns process.


How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders placed before 5pm will be shipped same day. For more information about how long your watch will take to be delivered, see below:


Melbourne: Up to 2 business days

Greater Victoria: Up to 4 business days

Brisbane and Tasmania: Up to 2-3 business days

Sydney, Canberra, or Adelaide: Up to 3-4 business days

Other areas: Up to 5-6 business days

We use Australia Post to send our packages. Please note, times are indicative only. 


China: Up to 8 business days

New Zealand: Up to 5 business days

United Kingdom: Up to 8 business days

United States: Up to 5 business days

How do I know my order went through?

You’ll receive an email notification from us to confirm we have your order. We’ll send a second email when it’s on its way.


How do I check my order status?

You will receive an email from us when your order has been shipped. You can then track your delivery using the tracking number provided through Australia Post website or by clicking here.


Will I pay taxes or duties for international orders?

Australian orders are inclusive of GST with no additional charges. Customers who order from any other country (International orders), will be responsible for any and all customs fees, taxes, tariffs or duties levied by their respective government (the “Fees”). While the price quoted for any applicable fees, duties and taxes is based upon the laws and regulations of the country to which the order is shipping, please be aware that these Fees will usually be collected by the shipping agency upon delivery. Please note that we are unable to fulfill any request to declare your package for any value other than the total value paid at checkout.

Where possible, Crisp Watches will quote and collect all Fees (including delivery duties) at checkout; however, in many

instances you will be responsible for payment of Fees on delivery.

The Fees are typically determined based on a combination of factors that may include:

The merchandise's country of origin or manufacture

The merchandise classification, using a system adopted by the countries that we ship to

VAT rates are set by the country to which the order is shipping

Select countries will be able to view the total amount of applicable fees, duties and tax/VAT for your order during the checkout process.

Note: If you refuse delivery of the shipment, you are responsible for payment of all return shipping fees and any applicable fees, duties and taxes; in this case, all such return shipping fees and any applicable fees, duties and taxes will be billed to the method of payment you used. Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments or refused shipments.
